Description
Remember the old Leo Sayer song "when I need you"?
I was bitching about not being able to come up with a nice fairy picture and my wife was talking to me on the phone and said I should just do a cannibal fairy... and then later she sent me a video of Leo singing his song... well, this is what happens when visual and an audio stimulation combine in my head...
thanks for the peek...

This piece is wonderful! I love the "depth of field" blurring on the trees in the background. The fairy figure is very well posed indeed! I would say almost classically with a melancholy expression,3d and poser art can often fail to communicate an emotional message. You have greatly succeeded. My compliments

Excellent image and scene. A cannibal fairy seems quite original, kudos to your wife. You did a great job with the idea. Great lighting and render.

Wow, the inspiration is serendipity at work. A really neat blend of dark and light imagination.

Ha! This is fantastic. Love the concept. :) Oddly enough I've been agonizing over creative fairy images as well... and been trying to think of something out of the box. So this really resonates with me. And its beautiful as your style always is.

Wow.. so dark. I love the symbolism of the bone.. her tears, maybe remembering love gone wrong, or someone who had left her, or tried to leave. So cool, Seth!

Admittedly a weird concept, but extremely well executed. Beautiful!
