Description
Welsh Highland Railway's Garret no.87, negotiates the cross town link in Portmadoc. Built in 1937 by Cockerill's in Belgium; it spent most of it's life in South Africa, before being brought over to Wales where it has been lovingly restored.

That is a really interesting looking engine. You can tell it's not from the UK originally but its always nice to see steam powered transport. Excellent photograph.
