Description
As we searched for our errant cheetah, we came across six young lions dozing in the hazy morning sun. Jonathon motioned for the Sam to stop the truck. He pointed out the adult lions under the bushes who were smart enough to have found some shade. They stared at us with complete unconcern. A lion pride at last!

Only 'Mad Dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun' ... sorry Mark, I got a bit carried away there - it's a hazy morning! So peaceful and so serene, they couldn't hurt a fly ;) (getting still carried away - oops) smart females and what a fine glimpse into animal behaviour - love this shot! BB
