Karksua decided to take a Jump-Gate to Prem. He steered the ship through the gate. A sudden flash stroke through the room. The Julu-Ben had sat down at the end of the ship and was probably thinking or relaxing in some sort of trance. It just took a wink of an eye, than they left the hyperspace again. The jump gate would have brought them close to the border of Terran territory. They would start their mission on Prem. Even though they knew that Krumo must be on Mayn, they needed more information. And they could just engage terran space with a Hark ship like this. The where still on hark territory as suddenly a loud crash hit the ship. It was shook and Karksua cursed. "What the heck was that?". The scanner was dark, no ship in sight. "No Terran ship would have a cloaking device!", again a hit on the back of the ship. The shields where already down. Hark ships where far more advanced than terran regarding the shields. "What sort of weapon is that? That’s impossible!", another hit stroke the ship. The engines went down. "Damn it!". They drifted towards Prem, anyhow, another hit like this and that would have been it. But there was no next shot. Even though he couldn’t see the ship on the scanner, he could see it floating aside, then it suddenly entered hyperspace by itself. It was not Terran, it didn’t look so. They drifted towards the planet. With a little luck they could reach the atmosphere drifting. Anyhow, they were now relying on their luck. _______________________________________________________________________ Karsua entschloss sich ein Jump-Gate nach Prem zu nehmen. Er steuerte das Schiff durch das Tor. Ein Greller Blitz durchzuckte den Innenraum des engen Gefährtst. Die Julu-Ben hatte sich zusammengekauert in dem hinteren Teil des Schiffes zusammengerollt. Es dauerte kaum einen Bruchteil einer Sekunde bis sie den Hyperaum wieder verliesen. Das Jump-Gate würde sie bis kurz vor die Grenze bringen. Auf Prem konnten Sie mit Ihrer Suche beginnen ohne groß aufzufallen. Sie wussten zwar das Krumo auf Mayn sein musste, doch Sie konnten nicht einfach so weit mit einem Hark Schiff auf Terrannisches Gebiet vordringen. Sie befanden sich noch auf Hark Terretorium als Karksua plötzlich ein lautes Krachen und ein Schütteln spürte. Etwas hatte Sie getroffen. Der Scanner war dunkel. Es wurden keine Schiffe angezeigt. "Verflucht!", raunte er. "Kein terranisches Schiff kann sich tarnen!". Wieder erschütterte ein Treffer das kleine Schiff. Die Schilde waren bereits unten. "Das gibt es doch nicht!". Die Harkschiffe waren in ihren Schilden fast unüberwindbar. "Was ist das für eine Waffe?" Wieder jagte ein Treffer in das Heck. Die Antriebe fielen aus. Sie hielten Kurs auf Prem. Vielleicht kämen sie mit dem bestehenden Schwung in die Athmosphäre. Es folgte kein weiterer Treffer, aber Karksua konnte das andere Schiff an sich vorbei ziehen sehen, bis es schliesslich selbstständig im Hyperraum verschwand. Es war nicht terranisch. Jedenfalls sah es nicht danach aus. Sie trudelten Richtung Prem.
