ai ai ai...grabbing and wonderful. It's always great to see lots of comments here too... This feels like a painting of something underwater---the greens and blues flow like they come from underwater, with light filtering through the waves above. But that big blob in the middle---almost like a foot, but it's more: The reds are very powerful, and that blue---that rich deep blue on the "shoe" of this central shape: Wonderful! Such a strong contrast to the lighter blues of the rest of the piece. Monet comes to mind for moment, because of how you mix colors, and how you break the surface into so many active "cells". And you have your lines again (which conjure Miró), and your figures: Those dancing subtle lines (in black) with "piers" coming off of them, and little figures swimming around them. Like ink-drops falling into water and spreading out into big blobs. It's glorious, Emilio, a carnival of hues and textures, and two big visitors, and lots of little ones. The two big visitors are that "foot"-like shape in the middle, and of course another bird. It flies by, sees everything for a moment, and will fly away. This image washes over me. Beautiful.
