Description
Was working in GIMP2.6 for this one...Made a simple swirl design in the
Windows Paint program...and
proceed to stretch, light swirl...
and so on.
A bit of work in Paint. NET to make a "Scales" effect...The the rest in GIMP2.6
My 1st time trying a 3D effect. Hope it meets
with approval from other artists.
