That's what we did yesterday, this evening I'll be making muffins, pies and apple crumble, it will smell so good in here! :)

Apples are such a wonder! I have a few experience with apple picking and I have to say that those particular memories are among the best in my life. There's something amazingly fun in so simple an act, especially when it involves rendering the apples into all sorts of tasty things! This is a marvelous shot and it's making me think of the rich, dark applesauce I made with a friend from Brazil! Thank you for both this photo and that memory!
