Description

a mump is the description of a protuberance in Somerset speak. The Levels are one of the few remaining areas of wetlands in this country. The remains on top of the mump have been churches in different guises since the twelth century. These remains overlook one of the principle battle sites of the English civil war namely the battle of Sedgemoor.

the sky adds so much to the photo .. leaves one with a feeling of smallness because the impression is one of vastness. Like sitting on top of a hill and look at the sky on a clear night .. one feels small. A wonder image!
