My Name is René, born 03-April-1955
i come from the Grand -Duchy of Luxembourg, and my wife UteBigSmile and me have been living in spain the last 17 years, where we discovered renderosity and the 3d world.
Due to health reasons i lost my job and i got retired early, and last year (2013)we moved back to our Home Country!
............................................
My hobbys are PC,Internet,Pc-Configurations,
reading fantasy,as well as from april of 2008 doing 3drenders. ............................................... As my father bought me only the cheapest of accessories for painting in school(he was maybe not able to afford more expensif stuff.),the other kids were laughing at me,and so i decided that: i will never do art in my life, imagine i was 8 years old. so i managed to build up a "blockade",concerning art until april of 2008. then my wife utebigsmile was behind me and she pushed me to do something instead of playing only my ego shooters and working with photographs, where i was unable to get inspired. I had a copy of poser but i did not came along with the program, then i went to a 3d forum, because i told myself ,there must be more people like me outside in the cyberspace(LOL). Finally i got an offer,Bryce 5.5 for free and Daz-Studio,i tried a week around and little by little i was able to understand the basics. so i upgraded my bryce to version 6 and i got a platinum membership on daz, a lot of freebies and cheap articles,i bought like wild, Now i do have a content of +-500gigs and i carry on . what gave me the most is this feedback from the people here, and also everything well educated, the whole way of getting along with each other, the respect etc... gives me soo much. Update:UteBigSmile is getting better and better,in health and in spirit-lol. She does wonderful graphs as well-but now she is also addicted on DazStudio.3d. And this is it for now, "God" bless you all here the link to my page: renecyberdoc4.uterene.org/

Very, very cool. I really get a sense of a story here.

I see, this is the other side,...what a difference!..
FWArt
Very cool. love this render Rene
Froggy
LOL Doc, great render except for one small detail - the "Wonderwaste" wiped out all the very young and old so no kids and no really old farts either! I like the Iphone spat as well, looks like they're getting infected too :)

Razor42
Lol, cool scene, love the iphone reference.

Great scene Rene. Apple helped me out in not wanting to upgrade to the new one. My Stereo and 3 other expensive items would be left useless since they changed the connector on this one. My IPhone 4 does everything I need and works all those items so there is no way I will upgrade to the new one.
Cimaira
lol, such a common scene in playgrounds around the world. Great image.
Faemike55
Very good work and interesting commentary

Really cute, Rene. And so true!

Kids shouldn't have phones. & from the way they're acting, neither should their mothers. lol. Cool render.

Sort of sad, makes me think of what all these kids are missing out on when they are so plugged into to the internet and their phones where will their memories by?? Nice work my friend.
Fidelity2
It is very well done by only you. 5+!!!
eekdog
very fun scene my friend.

Well said Rene!!!!
magnus073
Fun stuff Rene, but I still say kids no matter what their status love to play on playground equipment. (just the rich one's can afford to have their parents buy their own. lol)

I swear I have witnesses who will testify that I was nowhere near Sexotic Island at the time any of those children were conceived. :) LOL! But their mothers are very hot! Great wardrobe, excellent scene, and terrific idea!

Ah now, swings and roundabouts are dangerous ... I used to take my class camping in real tents in a field near a river (years ago, starting in 1968 ...) but as the Health&Safety Mob got their grip on things it was all closed down and the equipment sold off (1979). And one local school banned kids playing conkers because that too was dangerous. I'm surprised they don't ban breathing; after all, if you keep breathing oxygen eventually you'll die. (They'll be suing God for that next.)

Lovely scene and detail..nice work!!

Excellent :-)

Another fantastic composed scene, great job on the characters Rene....love it.

The same old game of keepin up or ahead of the Jones, eh, Rene? Very well displayed here and a sad development for the kids and park that they no longer enjoy the really fun things in life, like living! Just slaves to their devices!

Sigh .. this is beyond true. It is not even the future .. it is NOW. I hate to think what the future will bring. Will we have USB cables instead of arms and will have USB ports instead of eyes and ears and mouths??? Probably wheels instead of legs, grins. That being said .. how did I live without the my computer and my smart phone?? What happened to all those scraps of paper in my purse with lists that were handwritten? Where are all the calendars I used to have everywhere?? all of it is either on my computer or my cell phone. My handwriting has gotten beyond illegible, I don't keep in practice anymore. I still draw though .. grins .. with REAL pencil and pen and on REAL paper! Oh yes, they still sell them. An awesome, profound work, Rene.

good sense of a story here.

I told my kids I cant afford the latest and greatest of that shit and if they want it then feel free to go get a job, make some money and buy it for themselves. Hey not to be a bitch but a single mom of four, I've got to set my limits. My kids have always been fed, clothed, clean and have a roof over their heads and I will get them what I can, if I can, when I can and thank God they are cool with it...GREAT illustration of kids today though Rene! Sad but its how the world tuns these days.
bakapo
if they don't want to play on that awesome playground equipment, I will!
