Description
I really do struggle with backgrounds. What I need is another artist that does them so I can just pass on my simple renders to be completed.

With renders like this you don´t need backgrounds!!!! You always had that "things"... you manage to make things that could be simple look amazing... you match eberything right.. color.. lights.. all items you use.. camera... everything has to be there.. no less , no more.. just perfect!

You struggle on your backgrounds? do more homework... I usually have the image in my head for a long time, don't ask me how many I've got stored in my head - lol... but work with your background first... do something simple like a sky - pick the mood... then toss in a couple trees.... then bushes.... flowers... now do a girl with her hands as if she looking in the window... now do a dirty window as if she wiped it to look in... paste all that together... if you work with your farthest point in your background and move closer and closer you'd never have problems - just visualize it - I'm not telling you nothing new, we've all seen how animation a cg backgrounds are done - you just forgot som simply rules - and the simplest rule is start with your background first. ... make the girl looking in the window like I said and then you make what she''s looking in at.... OVERLAYS... when was the last time you used overlays??? cause to me, your art is all rendered together = if you mastered overlays, your art would be that much more better.... maybe you should get out and look at more art more often?

I don't think you need backgrounds on your portraits...they are absolutely PERFECT the way they are! (isn't it funny the things we nit-pick about, and what other people notice - or don't notice - lol!) EXCEPTIONAL work!
