Looks nice, but it makes an impression of several flat layers put together in Photoshop without minor tweaks. I mean, it's like you can almost see the "joints". (E.g. would be better if the girl were casting a shadow on the dragon etc.) Also, the black foreground looks a bit weird as opposed to the relatively bright dragon and the girl's feet.
