Meet Matthew Iskender. A devout Muslim (but not, you know, TOO devout) with superhuman abilities, Iskender is being groomed to serve as the public face of 'Allam al-Wafiyah, the world's sixth-largest Muslim charitable organization, and one of the most successful Muslim organizations operating within the United States. With class-100 strength and near-invulnerability, Matthew is well-suited for everything from rescuing kittens from trees to pulling earthquake survivors from rubble (alas, for liability reasons, Iskender is not yet cleared for travel to actual disaster areas to aid in relief efforts, but of course, al-Wafiyah is only too happy to discuss their history of charitable donations to all recent disaster relief efforts...) Iskender has a few other abilities, however, al-Wafiyah is keeping those under wraps until their PR department can find the right way to introduce them the public... Meanwhile, Matthew has recently moved into al-Wafiyah's newest office in Boston, where he has frequently been seen in the company of local superheroine Red Owl... (Note: I didn't actually use Joe Quick's "Golden Age" costume pieces, but I DID use the collar and gauntlets from his free "Sentry" set.)
