Description

Mandelbulb3Dv1.8.2/PhotoFiltre/PS7 Needed to Re-render this in HiRes for use in the 2013 FractalForums.com Calendar. Used the Big Render option in MB3d, Rendered at 10,000x562 in 9 tiles, each tile saved at half size with a x2 Antialias. Tiles assembled in PhotoFiltre to make a 5,000x2812 image Postworked and resized to 4961x2790 300dpi for the Calendar. Changed the Maps and lighting from the original so I decided to go ahead and post it. I don't know what happened to the first upload of this one today. Got a couple of comments then it disappeared, something very strange is happening or someone is screwing with me....someone with image deletion abilities on other than their own images

Totally cool Len... I like the liquid touch at the bottom. Stunning work brother. Yeah, I saw that it was under review and thought "oh shit, here it comes".. figured somebody was gonna die!!! Excellent job on this Lenord.

Indeed, this is one of your very best ever, Len, outstanding work and would make an amazing BG, imho~ I always assume it's us crazed artists milling around on here or uploading like we have OCD which brings down Rendo's servers, hence things just disappear, or are there gremlins/bad people doing it? Sure hope not. This is fantastic work, glad it's back up!

Awesome image Len!!!! I'm glad I got to see this. I was away yesterday so have a herd of ebots waiting. the first one I opened where you originally uploaded this doesnt say the image was removed, it says "This image is currently under review and cannot be viewed except by moderators and coordinators." That sounds like what they would do if it was obscene or something. Anyway, glad you were able to get it thru finally.
