Description

This view is from Sam Mountain (Nui Sam) located about 3 km west of Chau Doc, Vietnam. The Vietnam-Cambodia border follows the diagonal line of the rice paddies across the center of this picture. Vietnam is at the lowerr part of the picture. In the distance are the mountains of Bokor National Park (officially known as Preah Monivong National Park), Cambodia. The mountains of this park, over 1,000m high, are covered by rainforest and are home to wild animals, including elephants and tigers.
