Outfit / pose look good, and the off-center placement of figure works for me. Material on skirt actually looks a bit different than on the top/cape/boots, maybe make it uniform? Hair is classic supergirl, you nailed that. Character's face seems a little young... at least compared to the rest of the body's... ahem.. "development". I'm guessing there was some postwork here for the fantasy glow... interesting that it's on the cape only as far as I can tell, with the light streaks. I like it.
