Description

they were before - and will be again. always I am frightened of Vue, and a friend shared an understanding of that - so I tried the geek-at-play cloud tutorial. Daz subdragon rendered in Octane and PS to muck about more, until at last I was quite unhappy..

Love the skies. Great work there! The dragon is good too. But it doesn't pass the squinted eyes test -- the silhouette is confusing and the shape ends up loosing the head. but I don't see a reason for you do be in any way unhappy about it. It's great dynamics-wise and the pose itself is great. A slight shift in POV on the figure should fix the silhouette issue. And the sky is breathtaking! There really is a sense of the world before or after the whole human nonsense :).

The overall impression is very nice. I had a little trouble parsing the head of the dragon. I really like the clouds.

Looks like a bad day for flying lessons:) NOOOoooo reason to be unhappy about this! A hell of a package of clouds you have there and some fabulous light..ok so we have to look harder for the dragon's head..which isn't very wise since dragons fly fast we mind end up with a crispy backside. This pic is about how this dragon goes into a tight turn and given that fact the head is just where it should be. Great action going on there..SOOO no more sulking...keep it going:)
