I had no idea any butterflies are poisonous! I suppose it means there are toxins if it was digested, so I should be good to go in the jungles so long as I don't eat any of them!

How lovely. They are very large and colorful. Although highly toxic, the worst they can do without being eaten is use slitted glands on the sides of their body to release a foul odor - sort of like skunks defend themselves with skunk spray. Nicely done photo.
