Hi. :))) How are you this evening? I am doing so sweetly. :))))) My husband and I had our date yesterday. . :)))) We didn't get as early of a start as we had planned. :))) It was due to both of us wanting an extra hour of sleep. LOL!!! I hurried and got ready when I woke, and then we had to go to the store to pick up a few things. :))) When we got back our son was then awake. :)) We talked for a few moments and I told him his grand-parents would be picking him up around 2 to take him to get something to eat. Then at 3:45 his grand-father would then take him to the elementary school. :))) I told him we would pick him up at 7. :)) My husband and I then started on our journey. :)))) We rode out to the lake, and then we took the backroads to Abingdon. While in Abingdon we stopped by dunkin donuts to get a toaster sandwich and a dozen donuts. :))) The toaster sandwich was so tasty, but I could not eat the whole thing. LOL!! We then started on our Autumn journey once more. :)))) :))) The rain began shortly afterwards. :( The rain and fog made me start to think it wasn't such a good day to go on our journey. :( The moment I thought that the rain stopped and the fog lifted. :))) The most breathtaking view of Autumn was before me. :))) My heart was so very touched. The biggest smile ever came across my face. My eyes started to fill with tears. I looked at my husband and said "This is so beautiful that I could cry". My husband looked at me and smiled. :)))) As I spoke those words I really could have cried like a baby. The tears would have been nothing but sweet. :))))) I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to my husband for taking me to see the most sweetest beauty I have ever laid my eyes upon. :)))) Thank you for a most special day. :)))))) This image tonite is one I shot when the rain had stopped and the fog had lifted. :)))) I love the yellow leaves mixed in with the evergreens in the background, the leaves laying along side of the road, and the amazing red and orange Autumn colors leading us up the road. :))) You can see the thick white fog past the evergreens. :)))) As we kept going up the mountain it began to rain again and the fog once more appeared. :))))) In my heart I was enjoying all of the changes in the weather as we went further up the mountain. :)))))) My heart will forever be touched. :)))) This moment will never be forgotten. :))))) Enough about me. LOL!!! How has your weekend been? Did you have fun over the weekend? I hope your weekend was most amazing. :))))) Oh we did pick Cody up at 7 and he looked at me and said I am so tired. LOL!!! He came home, ate, and fell fast asleep. :)))) While he slept I waited for my camera batteries to charge. LOL!!! I had two battiers with me and they were both so dead. Next time I am going to be taking my third battery. LOL!!
