I think bakapo is right that it is Jimmy Dean (the country singer, not James Dean the actor). Waylon Jennings has a beard and Johnny Cash does not wear a stetson. Jimmy Dean wears a stetson and is clean shaven, and this looks somewhat like him. You can also see he is tall and Jimmy was 6'3".

I'm a huge country music fan and know all of these people! What a cool find, Mickey! I've been to Dollywood in Tennessee and it's a fabulous theme park - completely family friendly.
