I love it when it's dark and confusing and there is a lot of stuff around that you just killed or is about to kill you.... Given the set of the lighting that slight angle of the scene works very well..it also adds to the sense of ' something happening there" I see you added some noise, probably in Photoshop? Great stuff when you want to subdue the whole a bit..thing is you need to kill the highlights a bit, to effectively use noise because they tend to create area's around them where the noise gets too visible. I do that by adding an extra layer and use a soft brush with 20% black and I dab the highlighted area's. Then I add a layer filled with neutral grey and turn that into noise. You can guess what comes next; you fiddle both layers till they do the thing. You could..just me thinking on..copy the main pic on an extra layer and run a very subtle high pass on it. Set that layer to overlay and you will see details sort of 'jump' at you ..lol With a noise layer and a blackened layer and the high pass layer you got everything you need to fiddle anywhere from razorsharp to fuzzy. Oh and with wiping parts of the high pass layer it's easy to suggest a depth of field effect.

Love th background and the fractal-based(?) elements in the foreground. The figure group, however, feels confusing and not in the dynamic dance-in-motion kind of way, just confusing in the sense that I can't really make out who's there and how many of them there are. I can sort of count 2 heads (one dragon, one - humanoid?) and 3 (or 4?, or is it a dress?) wings, but I can't see where the bodies are supposed to go and how they interact (if they do)... But, as mentioned above, the confusion could be a feature. I'm just not the one to appreciate it. Great setup otherwise. Gorgeous lighting, especially in the back, wonderful textures and texture diversity.
