Description

most mornings when I ride to work, I cross over the Washougal River on the foot/bike bridge. And on most mornings, this lone, proud Heron is out there in the water, surveying his kingdom. Have a great day and cool Tuesday!

A masterful shot, Mike! That heron must be used to you by now. We have a few around here, but every time I try to get a shot, they wait until I get them in my lens, then off they go. They're probably flipping me off with thier wingtip feathers as they fly away.. :-P
