Description
This was taken at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. The Gondola run up and down Brush Creek. In the 70's Brush Creek overflowed due to heavy rain and flooded the Plaza. There are places that have marks on the wall that are called High Water Marks. I was there for that event.
