Hey cool! I see a crouching thin-haired man with bent head, with dark water being poured over his head and back from the top and clean bright water emerging from his belly. Strong political statement on whitewashing of the mistreatment of the downtrodden (or those more folically challanged, perhaps). The bubbles are symbolic of the soap from the washing. [only joking!)
