Born and raised in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley, I've been artistic, drawing and painting from an early age.
I became serious about photography in the mid 80's, and have won awards internationally. I am an incurable romantic and also love fantasy and sci-fi, as you can see from my photos.
On April 14, 2014, I married my childhood sweetheart. We were both widowed after long happy marriages.

An utterly precious and stunning photo .. and what sweet memories you must have of Cotton. He was a handsome young boy here, and must have been an even handsomer young man when he reached his adulthood! Each time one of my pets dies, I think I cannot do it again. And yet I do, and yet there is always room in my heart to love another. But how does my heart survive all the big holes left in it when one dies, and another dies, and another? I think my heart must be like swiss cheese, full of holes each one leaves when it moves on to the next phase. But then I think, each hole is plugged up, because each one that dies leaves a big part of itself in my heart.
