Description

I shot this in colour.. post worked in photoshop. I love the feel of this hue with oranges..you can still 'see' the orange, feel the texture of the skin..and smell one. shot using a point and shoot.. 14 megapixel camera. always believed in it's not just what you have, but how you use it..

Gorgeous, although I like the colored one, too. :-) Corrie

They sort of don't look like oranges anymore. More like something living. :-)

Now, that doesn´t look edible any more. ;) Personally, I would prefer pure greyscale here, or more contrast with slightly more orange hue.

I prefer the color in a shot like this too, but I can see your point about the texture. If you want to go with the desaturation, I would at least fiddle with the levels in Photoshop. (Go to Image, Adjustments, Levels from the toolbar. Bring the left-hand slider a little to the right and the right-hand slider a little to the left and see what you think.) Good luck with your photography! :)
