Thanks to the help (with a lot of patience) of ZigZag321 I was able to get the new DAZ3D Genesis program for Poser (9 and 2012) to work.
So now I can import the Genesis figure into Poser.
Can you see which one it is... ?
There are still some strange things... When I try to make the legs or arms longer.. nasty things happen to the poor girl. When you use "Use Limmits" she POOFS out of excistance.. at all
And it is impossible to get the clothes fitting once you made the Genesis lady taller..
Problems that will be solved. I remember that I did not like V4 at all in her beginning and stayed with V3 for a long time after the introduction.
So yes, I stay with V4 for a while longer now.. but it is fun to 'meet' Genesis..
Absolute good is the movemement of body parts
and installing the service pack 3+ of Poser 9 ment that things that went wrong with Vic 4 in Poser 9 seem to have been solved too.
If Poser (the program) was made in a way that it can auto change the size of clothes and V4 get's the additation to lengthen arms and fingers .. like with Genesis.. there would be no need for DSON things ... I think

Yep, you mentioned a few points I left out, namely scaling issues. I agree with you on all points. I expect this will improve with updates pretty quickly, but I have no plans on abandoning good old V4, or the rest. V4WM from rdna/poser place (phantom3d) works and moves like a charm and doesn't slow your system down. Also, there are a few standard V4 joint fixes out that work very well too. I did just nab Miki 4, I've yet to try her.

Genesis is the one in the front I think ;-) Have you tried to apply the script "Transfer Active Morphs" to the outfit after having make the legs longer or shorter ? I like that DSON and Genesis but I have bought so many stuffs for V4 that I will not let her easily ;-)

I bought V5 and none of the V4 textures work, although V4 eyes will work on V5. However, the straight Genesis female will work with V4 textures and poses, just not the injection morphs.

I like your render. Of course I have an old poser so the deal was not for me, but looks like it is working for you and I am sure the bugs will be worked out in time, as long as you have the newest Poser.
