Description

We're off to the Hollow for a few days. Getting cold and we need to get the camper ready for winter. Sigh. I hate closing up for the winter. Yeah, we get to go out for the day whenever, but I miss staying for the week. A photo from the Hollow, a bit of the creek taken from frog's eye level. Played a bit with filters so this may get booted from the photo category. Hope everyone's week is a good one, see ya all when we get back. Thanks everyone for the great comments and the faves of the previous post. Looks like I'm gonna be way behind again!

I love the treatment you have given this beautiful capture, these are the places that I love to explore and you are bound to find all sorts of little critters and fairies and elves here. I hope all goes well for your last trip of the summer to the Hollow and I hope Murphy enjoys it too.

That added a really wild, surreal texture to the rocks especially. Really like it....gives it a kinda twighlight zone feeling. Real but something's not quite real. Know what it's like to close up a place for the winter, sad. Hope you did better than we did....neither one of us can remember leaving the refrigerator door open.
