This is as close to making a complete image that I have come to in a long time, lol!!!

In order to use the prop poses, load the non-parented prop into the scene and then parent each prop to V4's Hip (Object>Change Parent>Hip) then apply V4's pose followed by the skull and or staff.

Interesting contrast in use if that the outfit you used is the same one that RGUS used in his render. His as a pin up and your with the dramatic flair. I like them both.
