Presidential election -your vote?: Odo (whispering): Smile, Teddy, smile!.. Mattie: Good evening..! Welcome to the final debate with the presidential candidates only on M&M News.. To my far right we have the karismatic Rich Money...nice shoes..and to what I suppose to be on my left, the charming Balrog Origami..nice shoes, too. And finally the newly upstarter, Teddy Bear,...Millie?.. Millie: Yes, the big surprise and rising star, TEDDY BEAR!..Welcome... We have invited our expert, Mr. Missy to comment, in spite of being busy in the newly reorganized DIDRT*..What do you think is going to happen to night?.. Mr. Missy: ..Eh..a lot of..words, I think...plenty of words actually.. Millie: Really? Yeah, you have a point there...You have talked with Teddy's campaign staff, I hear?.. Mr. Missy: ..Yes, I have..confidential informations from one in his campaign staff..they advised him not to say much but let the other two talk and fight.. Millie: It could be a good tactic, I guess..We'll see later...Mattie?.. Mattie: Yes, interesting, Millie - and we on M&M News want you to vote: who of these three will win? And one of you voters have the chance to win an evening, live on M&M News, where we try to fulfill a wish for you!... VOTE AND APPEAR LIVE IN M&M NEWS!! In the OLDIE, SONG words of STEALER'S WHEEL: "STUCK in the MIDDLE with you" .... Time for a THIRD party (TEDDY or whomever) .... "Pick ANY 3 POLITICIANS - Calling ONE of them the BEST - Is like calling MOE - The SMARTEST of the THREE STOOGES" .... Q: DIFFERENCE between a POLITICIAN and a HOOKER? A: BOTH take your MONEY and SCREW you but the HOOKER gives you SOME PLEASURE for it. Watching the DEMS and REPUBS argue about WHICH is better(?) is like watching 2 HOOKERS yelling at one another about WHICH is the BIGGEST SLUT. T.P. out .... For now .... SMILES.

I think the voters are worse than the politicians - how many voters understand the basic Keynesian Vs Monetary policy economic differences for a start? (and I mean right now without reference to Google)let alone all the political subtleties (economics aside). Most seem to focus on the "Character" (or lack of it) of the candidates not on their policies. But hey .... such is life! I like your take on this though JC, bringing the characters to the fore - my point precisely :)
