Description

No cause for alarm, it's just the floodplains that are flooded. It happens once or twice a year over here so we're used to it. And it sure is a nice view on a Sunday afternoon stroll. But now it's time to hurry home for a nice warm cup of cocoa and start preparations for Sunday dinner. Credits: Free blackberry object by Wally, grass by lightning. All other veggies (including the fence poles) are homegrown. Thank you for viewing and comments, Andy

A great composition, Andy, and so realistic, that on first glance it looks just like a photograph. This is so well crafted that I needed to reach for my best pair of reading glasses to check... ;o) Well done, my friend. I got some nice wet photos in Northern Ireland near the Mountains of Mourne this summer. Warm regards ( well damp and chilly really ) from Glasgow. Friends returned home this evening, from a pilgrimage to Rome. One told me that the temperature was up to 42C, but that they had been soaked a couple of times in sudden storms, so maybe staying at home was best after all. John.
