Greeting To All
Wanted to get something Halloween related posted before I end up passing by Halloween and have to switch over to Winter themed art.
As some are aware I recently went and got my dentures and wanted to say there was some complications due to the severity of my gum disease and have been away more the past 2 weeks then present.Things are finally getting back to normal and I hope to really get some balance with being back more here than not as of late.
My dentures really are coming along and have several more procedures(refitting appointments) yet to go before I can begin to start practicing chewing once again and am looking forward to the day I can get away from things like mashed potatoes,pudding,scrambled eggs,and alike because I'm really wanting to get back to more course things like burgers,brats and oh yeah.....STEAK!!...lol...
Last couple of weeks I've had to endure many appointments because of the complications I encountered and finally had the stitches removed earlier today and things are finally improving for the better.
Wanted to pop in and give all you that have concerns an update and to say everything is progressing along as well as it could be under the circumstances.
With no further appointments until Friday I should have a great opportunity to get current in the galleries this week as long as things go accordingly.Hoping to get back a rhythm now that the focus is not on my dentures as much as it has been this past 2 weeks.Looking forward to what I've missed being away.....(SMILES)..

Good news about your stitches being removed and that things are improving, very glad to hear you are on the mend =) I'm sure all the appointments will be totally worth it. First things first, I can almost feel the torment with the whole chompers thing for I too am in need of some repairs, lol. Fantastic Halloween scene love the headless part. Thanks for sharing this Halloween treat. Pun intended. Know how you are feeling, missing all the crunchy and chewy food. My first crunch A.D. (after dentalwork) was a fresh raw carrots followed by steak, was a little uncomfortable but oh so gooood.

Glad to hear you're mending now Will. I was wondering how you were doing the other day and thinking you should be posting soon! Yes the soft and mushy diet gets old after awhile doesn't it? I hope your appointments go well and there's no more problems for you! The lighting in this is great - very subtle, but also very intense. This is a wonderful Halloween image!!

The lighting in this image is fabulous it really gives the image a very eerie feel. Stunning work. I'm really sorry to hear that you have had to go through so much with your teeth, but I am glad to hear that you are on the mend now. I hope the new teeth fit comfortably and that you can eat a steak soon. Soft food loses its appeal very quickly.
