I really love the taste of these...but they ARE a lot of work...but our parrots LOVE them, taking the juicy morsels into their beaks and sucking all of the juicy red flesh off and spitting out the seeds...but on my, how that juice stains, LOL...

A lovely photo Maria Concetta and a wonderful memory from my youth. On my way from high school to work, in the late 1950s, I had to walk by a fruit stand. He kept them in a cooler and only 25 US cents for very large ones.
