Animation:Master (www.hash.com) is my primary app. I've been playing with it since about '97. I did a lot of game development stuff with it, making sprites. Bored with that now, and I've decided to put together a short film/demo reel, which is what I'm working on now.BIOCydonian is my regular nickname, but that was already in use by someone else on Renderosity :(

I love the middle character and the female one. You are right about the one on the left. He also looks like he has been scuplted, he doesn't look smooth enough. I also think the back of their necks could use some work. With such realistic seeming models I would create clothing with geometry, and not a painted on version. Really good work.

Yep, only the middle character's face is "done". I haven't done much with the clothing yet, but I was coming to the same conclusion. Thanks!

i really like these folks a lot. a lot of character and somehow very lifelike. you could use a little more smoothing on at least the female though. The little glob at the front of her nostril looks kinda weird. Also, are you modeling these for animation? Because if you are, you might consider modeling them in a neutral pose instead of with expressions, and then making poses for these facial expressions. (I'm learning that lesson right now).
I really like these characters, and I would love to see more of your work.

They're for animation, and the expressions are done with pose sliders. The neutral pose of the model resembles the expression of the female character on the right (I only moved her eyes). I will post another pic soon showing the neutral pose and some of the expressions I've been able to get with my sliders...
