the crew came down with an illness and the ship's environmental control was adjusted up to try and kill the virus
actually I had a stomach virus the kept me awake the entire night.I slept maybe 30 minutes this morning. for a long time I would avoid certain foods, but it seemed like my allergies had gone so I was enjoying some foods like corn among many. no more
I failed to keep track of what morphs and sss mats I used. as this was rendering last night I was in misery. just like so many people, I indulged into too many foods when I was young like corn and oranges for a couple things
