blue tit Over night it started to snow. And all day today. .... Much too early for the start of winter. Oh, BRRR!! Looks SO very cold!! Yes, it IS to early for snow...but as one living in the path of Hurricane Sandy, in New Hampshire I would give this up for some snow. We have the hatches battened down as they say and our generator ready to go, as they are predicting very high winds and 5-8 inches of rain... But my heart really goes out to those in New York City who have to evacuate and those in New Jersey who are also going to be hit hard...prayers that everyone will heed the warnings of this storm and seek safety!

What a beautiful shot Ursula. I saw that Oberammergau is getting snow - and Munich. We had 30C (86F)today and not a cloud in the sky. So enjoy the snow!
