Another amazing and outstanding render my friend, just love it.

Initially I was going to say she needed a facial expression but I noticed that she has one, it's just very subtle. I wonder if a more overt expression would work better with this style of shader. Likewise, I wonder if adjusting the camera angle would make some of smaller details like the bullet casings stand out more.

In answer to ZamuelNow Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this image!! As far as expressions are concerned... if an image like this was painted by hand.. then Yes to your suggestion..but this is a shader and for lack of a better way to explain this.. adding extra lines to the face will result in more dark and light parts and they get out of hand FAST!! so I opted for a more smooth expression to keep control over the way the light flows over the face. About your suggestion that a slight turn would have made the shell casings come out more. YES very possibly it would have..but ( there is that pesky ' but' again:) this is an applied shader and you move one thing.. you move EVERYTHING it's a lot like manipulating a very thin layer of wrinkled cellophane on top of your base image..moving the camera angle would have forced me to move the lights too for instance to regain the light pattern on the main figure.. and given the fact I added the casings as an afterthought I simply didn't have the heart to risk shifting everything. In all probability ..if I would do this same image..again I would follow your suggestion and place the cases more prominent right at the start of the set up.

Good answer to the questions. It seems to be a bit more complicated than people realize. Personally, I would seek to do the effect in photoshop, but that's just me... I do most of my big effects, including a lot of lighting in postwork and not render. I really do like this style and you seem to have thought it out and applied the methods with skill.
