It is so sad to watch and learn that our government does not have enough money to help these people when Fema should always b taken care of before anything else just because of tragedy's like they have had.

Nice dedicace. Governement keep our money for their art like ....But in trouble they go to see the problem and Bla Bla Bla and people rest whit their problem everywhere all around the globe is the same ,frustations and non love of other ones . Grrrrrr Nice flowers ((5++))

Beautiful rich colors. Don't know where you're getting your information about FEMA not having enough money. It will be a huge rebuilding effort & will be paid for by a combination of insurance, private funds & local, state & federal money. Big disaster, but from what I've been hearing, relief efforts are proceeding as well as can be expected under the circumstances (unlike the Katrina fiasco)...
