Description
In the skyway yesterday, I saw a girl that had put her underwear on top of her leotard and had forgotten to put on her blouse! It was a good thing I had brought my camera. There was a Halloween costume contest at the University of Minnesota that is in the University Square shopping center downtown.
Halloween pictures I took on Halloween, but could not upload them.
