Description
After spending almost nine hours last week, waiting to go to theatre, "nil by mouth" Cathy missed her slot for surgery and was sent home, but today, hopefully is when she will receive essential re-constructive surgery on her jaw.
Please understand, that we both totally accept the delay, because the poor patient must have had a more extensive complication than was allowed for.
After all, two years ago, Cathy was 12 hours in theatre, during her operation to remove cancer and I daresay, some unfortunate patient similarly might have missed their slot, because of life saving surgery being carried out on Cathy at that time.
Keep her in your prayers everyone.

I knew your wife had the surgery for the cancer - was that almost 2 years ago? I get lost in time... I didn't know she needed surgery on her Jaw, I hope all goes well and she can bitch at you for leaving the seat up before too long - how did I know? It's a girl thing - lol
