I interrupt my broadcast of photos from my southwest trip to present a seasonal photo that I took in my backyard yesterday. My shadow self transcendentally melding with a shadow tree shedding it's annual bounty of leaves...
And a brief public service announcement for those in the U.S.: If you haven't already done so, get out & vote, no matter which candidates you support & no matter how long you have to wait on line. Don't let the shameful voter suppression tactics being employed by one party strip you of the most fundamental right in any democracy.

Washington is now 100% mail in, but there was a HUGE line in front of the local courthouse this afternoon of people waiting (in their cars, in the street, blocking traffic,) to drop their last-minute ballots in the drop box. There isn't enough parking for people to do anything but drive through. I think our new system needs a little tweaking! LOL! I LOVE this photograph! It's a deconstructed tree, yet all the parts are there. Outstanding!
