Description
"Ode To Courtney Wood"
An image of our Red Blaze Maple tree with a poem overlay written by my wife Susie. The tree, "Courtney Wood" was named after a former student of Susie's whose parents gave her a gift card to a nursery on Teacher Appreciation Day. The tree has grown from a 2.5in.diameter x 10ft. tall young tree to now, a 14in. diameter x 35ft. tree that dominates our deck and back yard. My wife's favorite poetry style is quadrains.
