"Reflections On Still Waters"
Back from a great visit with friends on Vancouver Island. My rehab on my shoulder and knee didn't allow me to join them scuba diving on this occassion. I had fully expected that I would feel some sort of depression just playing the role of surface support but I didn't. Maybe it was the torrents of monsoon like rain which gave them the appearance of drenched rats as tried to don their dry suits. Nothing feels worse than having a leak or just being wet in a dry suit at water temps of 47 F.
This image is the reflection of the stern of a crab boat, taken with a Canon Xsi Rebel during a lull in the passing storms.

Kinda defeats the purpose of a dry suit doesn't it if you have to get into it wet? Looks like it was not all wind and rain.
