Description
Been neck deep in Geocontrol2 and Carrara's terrain shaders this past week. This is a WIP of a large alpine scene, nearly all of the shaders are procedural - but needed to use some maps exported from Geocontrol for some extra realism with snow distribution. I have sort of been working from the top down so the valley floor is somewhat unfinished at the moment.

Great work. The infinite skills DVD has a section that discusses creating realism with the surface replicator by changing the values of things such as rotation and size. I think a little more variance in the tree sizes would be very helpful here. Great work all the same. The render is VERY clean. Cleaner than any that I have made yet. :-)
