My first love of fractals came with Ultra Fractal, but I have also learned my way around APO, but have to admit in the past few months since discovering MB3D i have seldom used the other 2 platforms. MB3D has so much to offer and explore it is amazing.  i work in the healthcare field in northern Manitoba so there is not that many distractions to keep me from exploring a newly found creative streak.Â

What a beautiful cave image. Hot in the caves? Hmmm most caves I have been in were cool inside.

Yes the outside temp that day 84F but inside the cave it was 104F with no air moving at all. It felt like refrigeration when we stepped back outside after the tour.

What a super cool capture Jim, love the lighting for this one. I LOVE caves and am always eager to explore one when given a chance.

Wild, hotter inside is definitely different, I've been to Carlsbad Caverns, Sandstone Caves in Missouri and Mammoth Cave in Kentuky, they are all cool inside. Must be Volcanic, was there any sulpher smell? Peace

The entire island was created by volcanic activity. Even now the island is growing a small amount every year due to underwater volcanic activity.

What a beautiful section. Awesome colors, patterns, textures and depth. Sure glad you enjoyed this tour Jim. All the walking would have been too hard for me. Thanks for taking pics. and sharing the historical information. Love and Hugs.
