Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. While sitting out on the balcony outside our stateroom I saw 3 of these birds following the ship. We were 200 miles from the nearest land at that time. It was amazing to watch them fly alongside the ship, and all of a sudden they would dive straight down into the water. They were catching small fish, that looked like herring. Today is my first day back to work after a wonderful holiday. Time to head back into reality. Jim

It looks like a wandering albatross but I didn't think they went so far north, some nest in NZ. It is a great capture of it.
