Description
I wanted to post this pov of the sunrise but the ground had lots of trash(what Dallas has trash?).
I rotated the sunrise and copied part of the image and pasted it on using a lower percentage of the layer to appear as a body of water reflecting the sky
I have used Flood previously for the same effect but it is not installed now
