I am married with children haha "24 years" I love to take pictures and write poetry. but as much as I love to take pictures my real passion is my poetry. I hope to someday write a 1,000 poems. I am at about 400 so I got a ways to go. I love RR. it is a great place to meet and make artist friends. besides all of that I lead a pretty boaring life haha. I hope to someday take up Poser but I am not very patient so I don't know when I will start that. It seems to me like it would take a lot of patients. That is pretty much all there is to me.

I'm with Mike, right in the guts. And I really like the image. This is a great poem but I would respond with the words of the actor John Barrymore; “A Man Is Not Old Until Regrets Take the Place of Dreams”

Youth may be gone but there is still time.............to find a way to walk in the light. We all need to seek and find that path. Great poem.

Magnificent choice of words and not many would ever say this about their selves.

Every experience has an opposite and from the clash of the two a new perspective emerges .... and so on ... the old unavoidable Hegelian dialectic. Powerful image and words!

This poem gets one to thinking. :))))) If some of the choices wouldn't have been made when we were younger then we mite not be the same person as we are today. :))))) My friend look at all of the rite choices you have made in your lifetime. :))))))) This is a most gorgeous image. :))))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :)))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :)))))

Bones lost their youth...but soul, spirit and heart...never ;-)

Powerful poem of the regret and disillusion that can come with age. Your image of a cold and dark world goes perfectly with your words. Excellent work.
