I'm fairly new to 3d art, though I hope that I can improve all the time ;) I'm in my 40's. I live in a small village in Lincolnshire, England. My house is backed on by fields with sheep and Horses in it and across the road I have cattle as my neighbours. I have a beautiful 5 yr old German Shepherd (Shadow) and A lovely White German Shepherd, Ghost.  I have not been well for a few years and have been inevitably drawn back in to one of my love's art. It has been a long time sense the last time I saw anything about this magnificent character. That in itself is surprising, and the accuracy of your character wip is equally surprising! There needs to be more on this character! Books, cartoons, computer animations, you name it we need it! Am I going too far? (sorry) lol

Wow I knew who I was looking at as soon as I clicked on the thumbnail. Really great character work! My suggestion for the eyes is to try dimming the overall sheen a bit and adding smaller blurred points of light in each eye and see if you like that look, though I think the colour as you have it now is dead on. Thanks for sharing your image - its reeeeally well done!

You've managed to caputer a wonderful likeness to Vin! Awesome work! Can't wait to see it's not a WIP.

Oh yea this is Amazing you've captured his look exactly! That reflected stare is what made him stand out! Very intense look just as Riddick should!

Great likeness to Vin indeed, the eyes are pretty close although some sheen as mentioned would help. Have you tried using some Gaussian blur in Photoshop to add some luminescence to them? Still a very good image and the pose is vintage Diesel.
