Very cool image Neil. Very believably positioned and scaled too. The Bf109 texture looks great, is it a new one?

I didn't think they got as far as North Wales. Excellent combo.

North Wales or north Scotland - they both look alike in several ways. But they were well out of the Me109's range (thank goodness!). Great job with the "quickie"! I like how seamlessly you've got the background into the image without shadows or some of the other hassles when trying for such composits. Keep up the good work, even if it's on the fly (no pun intended, but...) :-)

Great Job on the quickie Neil. The Emile pilot wasnt paying attention, he got played by the old "Beware of the Hun in the Sun" trick.

Looks great, models, textures and render... the vignetting is an interesting touch. I just saw the doco-movie "First Light"- about a Spitfire pilot's war. Hard to really get in tune with what they must have gone through day after day... What that would be like. No alternative of course... They just did it. Incredible really!
