I am a keen animal lover so most of my art does include animals. I was always to be found sketching or painting animals from a very young age, and so after work then marriage, and raising 3 children, then breeding and showing dogs in the UK and Europe plus my animal photography, I got back into art again but this time digitally.
Digital art for me began with photography, my son Steve Pinchbeck (predatron) loved it and introduced me to Renderosity, and in fact joined me16years ago (now2020). Gradually I moved into mixed medium, and photo-manipulation and eventually digital fine-art. I use Adobe PS CS4 extended, and hand paint using Wacom Intuos Pro tablet & pen.
I love realistic art and strive to achieve this when painting, because of this I use photos of animals when I paint, for reference. Many of my own photos are of cats and especially of dogs. I often visited zoos too for the wild animal photography, but also have a few cat and dog breeder friends who allow me to photograph their treasured animals. Many thanks to some friends also who are amazing photographers who allow me to use their wonderful photos of wild animals for reference.
My art features in many household items and also artworks in my Redbubble store. https://www.redbubble.com/people/JaneEden/shop?asc=u

She is beautiful! You create such wonderful animals. I love the colors and softness of her fur. Her pose and expression are excellent too. She looks both guarded and tired, but also strong and resilient. The name 'Audra' means 'noble strength.' Lovely background, colors, and snow. Gorgeous work!

She reminds of a wolf from a National Geographic special on PBS many years ago. They called her Luna. She a beauty whatever her name Jane.

Oh this is wonderful, and I can hardly wait for your wolf pack (pun intended, haha). I have wanted to do images with wolves since I started rendering, but never found a model that did justice to the animal... until now. Fantastic! I have always been a fan of names from legends myself, so I might call her Artemis after the goddess of the hunt...

This wolf is awesome and the background colors fit perfectly with her brown fur. She's courageous, but since it's winter time, I think it will be hard for her to find some food for her pack.

She is stunning .. she exudes courage and leadership and loyalty and love for packmates ... she is beautiful to behold. She feels like she well step out of the picture any second .. her coat has substance and texture that makes one know exactly how it feels .. the course outside coat to protect from the weather, the soft inner coat to hold the warmth, and there is yet another deeper layer for warmth. She is beyond words.

Wow, Jane. She looks fantastic!! You are just amazing with what you do. I really like her a lot. I think Akela would be a good name for her, but maybe you'll find another you like here: http://www.lowchensaustralia.com/names/wolfnames.htm

The last two wolf pix are suitable for a Children's book. When the pointilism with the other wolves so shall, need you just still an right Short stories and a publishing company. But the Story not like "The Wolf and the Seven Little Kids" or "Little Red Ridding Hood" but like a modern story - When it the Wolf not would be - where originate the dogs - the best friend of people
